AIBA, Takanori

Born in Yokohama prefecture, 1953. In 1994, Aiba took on two contrasting projects, ‘Shinyokohama Raumen Museum’ and ‘Skylark Gusto’, and brought them to success simultaneously, attracting much attention as a spatial producer. Following the “MUSEE DU PETITE PRINCE”, “NINJA Akasaka/NINJA New York/NINJA Kyoto/PETITE PRINCE PA/Hanyu PA” were just a handful of the popular projects that Aiba produced and designed. As a genius hit-maker, he accepted widespread jobs including shopping facilities, amusement parks, and resort hotel plans. Recently taking on the role of art director for the Seven Park Ario Kashiwa (Seven & I Holdings’s largest shopping center), Aiba brought success and exposure to the massive project. Also working as an artist through projects such as “Maze Art” and “Bonsai Art”. His “Bonsai Art” especially attracted international attention, winning many awards and recognitions. His internet presence around the world is also growing in website accesses and search queries.
